Salesforce Flows Readiness Assessment

$2,000

Salesforce is decommissioning Workflow Rules and Process Builder, which means all Salesforce customers need to migrate to Salesforce Flows in 2023. Are you ready?

Any change like this requires preparation, but if you’re struggling to find time or resources to focus on this, why not let us help? We’d like to help you get the ball rolling!

Introducing the Salesforce Flows Readiness Assessment

Having a smooth transition to Salesforce Flows starts with an assessment of your as-is Workflow Rules and Process Builder processes in your Salesforce org. The Salesforce Flows Readiness Assessment is a short, sharp engagement which does exactly that.

    What will we do?

In this engagement, Carnac Group will:

    • Review your existing Workflow Rules
    • Review your existing Process Builder processes
    • Assess the priorities and effort involved to transition to Salesforce Flows
    • Provide a tailored report of our findings to help you plan a smooth transition.

    What will you get?

Upon completion of our assessment, you will get a report which identifies:

    • A breakdown of the automations we’ve identified, including which ones should be retired or replaced with Salesforce Flows
    • A simple traffic light system classifying your existing Workflow Rules and Process Builder processes as high, medium or low priority for your transition to Salesforce Flows.
    • A high-level indication of the effort involved to convert your Workflow Rules and Process Builder processes to Salesforce Flows.
    • A recommended approach for dealing with them.

    Who is it for?

Salesforce Flows Readiness Assessment is a good fit for you if:

    • You are an existing Carnac Group customer
    • You currently use Workflow Rules and/or Process Builder in your Salesforce org
    • You don’t yet have a plan or resources available to prepare for the transition to Salesforce Flows
    • You are uncertain of the extent of these features in your Salesforce org and/or their criticality to your business continuity.
